#### Welcome to Willow River Bluffs

Welcome to Derrick Custom Homes’ newest development, ** [Willow River Bluffs](https://www.derrickcustomhomes.com/our-blog/community-spotlight-willow-river-bluffs?hs_amp=true#)** community. Nestled among the pines southwest of New Richmond, Wisconsin, this development offers a rural feel while being only minutes from town.  Enjoy that country living feel while having close access to all the city amenities. We have our first **[Derrick model](https://www.derrickcustomhomes.com/our-blog/community-spotlight-willow-river-bluffs?hs_amp=true#)** being built now. Keep your eye out for this beautiful two story home which will proudly be featured in the **[Parade of Homes](http://www.paradeofhomes.org/)** coming this February! We look forward to showing you Willow River Bluffs and all it has to offer. Contact us for more information on models, availability, and community features.
