#### High Efficiency Home Achievement

Derrick Custom Homes was recently recognized as a participant in the 2017 High Efficiency New Homes Program by [CenterPoint Energy](https://www.centerpointenergy.com/en-us/) and [Xcel Energy](https://www.xcelenergy.com/). As a company, we completed twelve homes in the program in 2017. We see this certificate as a starting point, and we look to be even more energy efficient come 2018. [Derrick Custom Homes](https://www.derrickcustomhomes.com/) is happy to give our clients a home that we know exceeds the residential energy code and provides each client with lower utility bills, less environmental impact, and a more comfortable home. Every home is designed around the homeowners’ desires and needs with the added in safety and efficiency that [Derrick Custom Homes](https://www.derrickcustomhomes.com/) provides. We take the worry out of the building process for our homeowners, because we build our homes to the best of our knowledge and ability. Whether you build with us or buy from us we always have our homeowner’s covered.
