Meet Lena Turco, one of our Project Coordinators for Derrick Custom Homes.  Lena recently joined the team and has become an invaluable asset!

  • How did you first get involved in the Derrick Custom Homes?
  • “I reached out to Ron via the website to see if the residential team had a need for someone with my qualifications.  I was looking for a job closer to home that satisfied my design interests and allowed me to utilize my architecture education.”
  • What was your first memory of Derrick Custom Homes?
  • sitting on the couch in the front waiting for my interview.  It was 5pm and people were shuffling out as Ron came to greet me.  He said to the group leaving ‘Wow, it must be 5pm!’.”
  • What has surprised you most about working with Derrick Custom Homes?
  • The amount of building the company has done in the area and the connections to local businesses and families.  It seems like the entire New Richmond area is Derrick Built!.”
