Be sure to keep your eyes and ears peeled for upcoming events that [Derrick Custom Home](https://www.derrickcustomhomes.com/)s will be hosting to celebrate our 50th anniversary!  We are excited to celebrate our success with our past, present and future clients which all have helped to pave the way to this milestone in our company’s history.  One such relationship is with the city of [Woodbury](https://www.woodburymn.gov/), MN where we have two custom home communities; [Twenty One Oaks](https://www.derrickcustomhomes.com/our-blog/happy-50th-anniversary-woodbury-derrick-companies#) and [Woodhaven](https://www.derrickcustomhomes.com/our-blog/happy-50th-anniversary-woodbury-derrick-companies#).  Woodbury is also celebrating their 50th anniversary this year.  The township has several celebrations planned to honor their past and look forward to what the future brings, but kicking off their community’s season of celebration will be the [State of the City](https://www.woodburymn.gov/news_detail_T16_R14.php) event on Sunday, February 26, at Central Park in Woodbury.  Check out their [website](https://www.woodburymn.gov/community/50th_anniversary_celebration.php) for more details. Happy anniversary Derrick!  And happy anniversary to all of our friends and family who’ve been a part of this great journey!
