On June 27, the Rotary Club of New Richmond is hosting the Kids from Wisconsin revue. This group of talented performers between the ages of 15 and 20, presents a diverse repertoire of morale-boosting musical entertainment for audiences of all ages. This fully staged performance is top-notch quality and includes a broad mix of musical styles, including big band, 50s- 80s classics, Motown, country, Broadway and current top hits. July 4 falls on a Monday this year, so if you’re taking the whole week off and looking for more fun St. Croix MN things to do the rest of the week, don’t miss out on the annual Fun Fest. This four-day festival runs July 7-10 at Cyclone Park in New Richmond and features carnival entertainment, games, sporting events, the Grand Parade, beer tents, food stands and so much more. If you’ve ever dreamed of being a lumberjack or just want to show off your skills with a log, check out the Stillwater Lumberjack Days Celebration on July 15-17. As well as celebrating the cultural heritage, historical charm and local talent of this beloved river town, there will be lumberjack shows, K9 shows, a parade, down hill derby, yoga in the park, live music, pontoon rides, kids activities, a beer garden, pancake breakfast, and so much more. This year’s annual fundraiser for community and youth activities in the St. Croix Valley area takes place August 11-14. There are plenty of special activities and events throughout the summer, but don’t forget the River Falls Farmers Market. This is a great place to pick up fresh ingredients and homemade specialties for all your festivities and summer dining. The market is held every Tuesday from 3-6 p.m., and every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and it’s a great way to support local farmers and enjoy the freshest ingredients in the region. July 7-10th is when River Falls celebrates River Falls Days events.
